FAQ's
Do you offer a military discount? Yes, 10% off of all regularly priced sessions for all active duty military and first responders upon request.
I'm often asked what to expect during a session and to be honest every one of them is different. I will tell you that it's best to come with lots of patience, I always will. We'll find our groove and have a few laughs along the way hopefully. I am not a "say cheese" kind of photographer, I prefer that your child warm up to me and we get natural smiles. I have lots of patience, and love kids.
What forms of payment do you accept? I accept Cash, Apple pay, Google pay, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express & Venmo.
What should I wear? My best advice is to pick mom's (or if there is a picky dresser in the family) outfit first. Then coordinate everyone else around that outfit. No need to match exactly, in fact it will look better if you coordinate your outfits rather than be matchy-matchy. Be comfortable and avoid "loud" prints and shirts with lettering on it. It is ok to have patterns, but not everyone. Just one or 2 people at most in a big group and just one if its only a few people.
Should my family and I were white and khaki, black and khaki or white and jeans for our family beach photos? While this makes it easy to coordinate outfits for everyone, keep in mind that our beaches are super light and colors POP beautifully against the white sugary sand and the teal and emerald waters.
Can or should you bring a prop of some sort? I say yes as long as it's tactful and something you want to see in your pictures for years to come. For birthday shoots, I encourage you to bring balloons and cakes for smashing. I do not offer props.
How long does it take to get my photos back? During the peak season, it can take approximately 3-4 weeks (21 business days, not including weekends & holidays) for your images to be edited and posted to your gallery ready for download. During non-peak season, it takes approximately 2 weeks.
Are the images in high resolution? Yes, your images are high resolution and a print release is also included.
Color or black and white processing? I edit in color but will edit in black and white as well upon request.
How do you do your editing? I do almost all of my editing work using the Adobe Creative Suite, which includes Photoshop, Lightroom & Adobe Camera Raw.
What camera do you shoot with? I use a Nikon Z Series mirrorless camera, my favorite lens is my 24-70mm f2.8.
Do you offer workshops/lessons? Not at this time. Apologies.
Are you licensed and insured? Yes, I hold a tax ID for the state of Florida as well as a business license in our county. I am also insured to protect both you the consumer as well as myself.
Are you certified? Everything I know about photography I learned myself; reading blog after blog & taking photography workshops with other photographers. And I practiced, practiced, practiced with my children...my kids used to dread it when I would get out the camera!

Do you offer wedding photography? Yes and no. I offer very SMALL beach wedding photography services, think elopement in the way of size. Email for a quote/availability.
